Note to Owners:

For clients who have deposits that are still in the grace period or if the full balance has not yet been placed in escrow with our attorney, you cannot be issued a username and password.

If you have put the full amount into escrow with our attorney and have not been issued a username and password, the most likely cause is that the non-disclosure forms have not been signed. Username and passwords are only issued after the non-disclosure forms have been signed (No Exceptions).
